Who needs to submit PAN?
- All directors of a Private Limited company or OPC
- All subscribers (shareholders) at the time of incorporation
- All designated partners of an LLP
- The sole proprietor in a proprietorship
- All members applying for DIN or DPIN
Submission requirements
- 1Self-attested copy with your signature and date
- 2Clear scan or photograph — not blurry or cropped
- 3File format: PDF or JPG, under 2MB
- 4Name on PAN must match Aadhaar exactly for e-KYC to succeed
